InvoisTerms of Service
These are the terms for using Invois. Using the app means you accept them.
1. What Invois is
A tool for producing quotations, invoices and receipts. It helps you write documents faster. It is not an accountant, a lawyer, or a tax adviser, and it does not file anything with any authority on your behalf.
2. Your documents are yours
You own what you create. We claim no rights over your documents, your customer list or your prices. We access them only as needed to run the service — for example when you ask an AI feature to read one.
3. You are responsible for what you send
Invois will happily print whatever you tell it to. Check your documents before you send them. You are responsible for the accuracy of your prices, totals, tax treatment, and the terms you put on them — including anything an AI feature drafted for you.
AI-drafted text is a starting point, not legal advice. The terms-and-conditions writer produces suggestions based on what you tell it. Read them, edit them, and take your own advice before relying on them in a dispute.
4. Your account
You may use Invois without an account. Verifying a phone number is what ties your data to you and lets you recover it on a new phone — if you never verify one, losing the device means losing the data, and we cannot get it back for you.
Keep your phone and your number secure; anyone who can receive your verification code can reach your account.
5. Invois Pro
- Sold and billed by Google Play, not by us. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- It renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play.
- Cancel and refund requests go to Google Play, under their policies. We cannot process a refund for you.
- Deleting your Invois account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it on Google Play first.
- If we change the price, you will be told before it takes effect and can cancel.
6. Fair use of AI features
AI features have a monthly quota because each use costs us money. The quota is shown in the app. We may adjust quotas or limit automated or abusive use — the intent is to stop cost abuse, not to get in the way of your work.
7. What you may not do
- Use Invois to produce fraudulent invoices, or to impersonate another business
- Break Malaysian law, or the law where your customers are
- Attack, probe or overload the service, or try to reach other users' data
- Resell or rebrand Invois as your own product
8. Availability
We work to keep Invois running but do not promise it will never be down. The service is provided as is. We may change features, and will not remove something you depend on without telling you first where we reasonably can.
9. Limits on liability
To the extent Malaysian law allows, Eongerra Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost business, or a customer who does not pay you. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending it
You can stop using Invois at any time and delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless doing so would be unlawful.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Invois after that means accepting the new version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
