Delete your account
You can delete your Invois account and everything in it. If you still have the app installed, doing it yourself takes about ten seconds.
If you still have the app
- Open Invois
- Go to More → Account
- Tap Delete account at the bottom
- Read what it tells you, type DELETE, and confirm
If you have already uninstalled it
Email sy.erikchow@eongerra.com with the subject “Delete my Invois account” and include the phone number you verified in the app. We will confirm it is you, delete the account, and write back when it is done — within 7 days.
If you never verified a phone number, your account exists only on the device you used. Uninstalling the app removes your only way back into it, and what remains on our side is erased on its own schedule. Email us anyway if you want confirmation.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account:
- Your business profile, logo and signature
- Every customer record
- Your price list
- Every quotation, invoice and receipt
- Payment accounts, QR codes and payment proofs
- All uploaded images
- Your account record, sign-in identity, and subscription record
When it actually goes
Your account is disabled immediately — you cannot sign in or use it. The data is held for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently erased. It is not archived, and we cannot recover it afterwards.
Within those 30 days you can restore the account by opening the app and tapping Restore my account. Nothing is lost.
Deleting your account does not cancel an Invois Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, and only Google can cancel them — so cancel there first, or you will keep being charged for a subscription to an account that no longer exists.
What we keep, and why
Nothing about you. Malaysian tax law requires us to keep records of what you paid us for a subscription — those are our own financial records, held by Google Play as the seller, and they are not part of your account data.
